Our panels are highly energy efficient and ecologically friendly in that they require less transportation than normal building processes. The panels are produced in the UK from plentiful UK deposits of minerals and aggregates making for a much reduced carbon footprint..
We reduce unnecessary waste by using a helical pile foundation system rather than traditional footings which means far fewer skips and trucks are required to haul away the spoil and bring back-fill aggregate into the site area.
The building material we use to manufacture the house extension wall panels is a sustainable product which is free from toxic emissions and which uses much less embodied energy than conventional materials. It has already won a coveted Green Apple award and the Gold Trophy for Environmental Best Practice from the Green Organisation.
It also won automatic entry into the European Environmental Awards in 2006. Building Magazine short-listed it as one of the best construction innovations of 2004. The panels comply with Egan and Latham codes and meet the Kyoto 21 agenda.
