*  visit your property and measure up
*  discuss how you would like your new extension to look from the outside and internally
*  provide plans of the existing elevations
*  provide plans of the proposed elevations and internal floor plan
*  provide the required Ordnance Survey map (fees for this included)
*  submit the plans and application for planning permission or permitted development approval (fees included)
*  should the application be refused we will amend and resubmit following discussion with the planning officer

*Terms and Conditions apply:  You will be under no obligation to use Easy Extensions to build your extension when you take up our Plans and Permission Package.  The plans provided will be suitable for obtaining Planning Permission only.  Working drawings, Building Control plans and Structural Engineer calculations will be required separately.  Building control fees are not included.  We cannot guarantee permission will be granted, but we include for one refusal and resubmission.  Properties in conservation areas or other restricted areas may be subject to additional fees, please call to discuss.  Offer valid until 31st October 2010 after which our usual fee of £999 inc VAT will apply.
